Residential
Rodent control for homes
Mice and rats are included in the quarterly plan, with exterior stations and interior trapping as needed.
How rodents are handled on the plan
- Exterior stations as needed
- Interior trapping as needed
- A written report after every visit of what we found and what we did
- Return visits between scheduled services at no extra charge
The quarterly plan starts from $129 per visit, with four visits a year. The first visit is inside and out; the rest are exterior-first.
As a one-time treatment
One-time rodent treatment is available. It costs more per visit than the quarterly plan and does not include return visits between services. Contact us for pricing.
Wildlife and commercial sites
Wildlife is not part of the quarterly plan and is quoted separately. Businesses with rodent concerns are served through a commercial program with an exterior rodent station program and a numbered, dated device map.
