What to expect at the house
- A written report after every visit, so you know what we found and what we did.
- Exterior-first treatment, with interior service as needed.
- Licensed technicians in uniform, in a marked truck, on a scheduled window.
- Requests received before 5 PM, Monday to Friday, get a call back the same business day. Later requests get a call the next business day.
Quarterly plan or one visit
One-time treatments are available for wasps, ants, spiders, and rodents.

Before the first visit
What happens on the first visit?
We inspect and treat inside and out to start the plan. Visits 2 to 4 are exterior-first: perimeter, foundation, eaves, and entry points.
How do I prepare, and what about pets?
Ask the technician for access and pet instructions for the products used at your home, and follow those instructions. Any re-entry time depends on the product and treatment; follow the product-specific instructions.
What does “from $129” mean?
It is the starting per-visit price for the quarterly plan. Ask us to confirm pricing for your property before arranging service. One-time treatments are quoted separately.
What if pests come back between visits?
On the quarterly plan, call us and we come back between scheduled treatments at no charge. One-time treatments do not include this.
Is there a contract?
No. The quarterly plan uses a card on file, and you can cancel anytime.
Will I get a record of the visit?
Yes. After each visit you get a written report of what we found and what we did.
When will you call me back?
Requests received before 5 PM, Monday to Friday, get a call back the same business day. Later requests get a call the next business day.
Are bed bugs, termites, or wildlife covered?
No. They are quoted separately. See the pest guide.
